My Sunday began with a sheer excitement of dressing up to visit WelcomHotel-Dwarka, member of ITC Group for a Winter- Brunch. If not visiting here, it would had been a very lazy & boring Sunday, doing nothing. I was excited to attend the “Capital Winter Brunch” at Pavilion 75 at WelcomHotel-Dwarka. As I entered the restaurant, I was bedazzled to see a lavish spread of sumptuous dishes which will tantalize the taste buds of every food connoisseur.
The food spread was very colourful & had a wide variety of everything, you would ask for. The spread Inspired by Mediterranean flavors, the all new winter brunch features delectable delicacies like Oysters on the half shell with a tomato mignonette, Seafood grills including sesame tuna, salt and pepper black mackrel, chili garlic prawns on the half shell and mint spiked grilled shrimps. It also offers some of the all-time favorite Indian dishes like chicken liver pate, malai tikka, tandoori bangra, butter chicken, gosht nihari, palak paneer, chicken with peanuts and chillies.
It’s the perfect place for people with varied tastes as it proudly offers Mexican, Thai and Continental options like house smoked trout croissant, red velvet french toast, fresh fried doughnuts, spinach and corn gratin, enchiladas, thai green curry and much, much more….
As they care for their guests, their buffet spread strikes a balanced range for gastronomes with vegetarian choices. And they are sure, their lavish vegetarian options; be it exotic veg kebabs or dimsums or kurkuri bhindi or dal makhni or subz shammi or dal ki galouti will leave you craving for more…
I walked around, noticing various live stations offering seafood grills and mixes, kebabs, french-toasts, pizzas which will win your heart, like they win mine. Not only this, there are Unlimited brewed beverages and foot tapping live band performance will turn your lazy Sunday Afternoons much more interesting. And for all the sweet tooth lovers, there is a surprise from a huge collection of their Pastry Chef’s handpicked desserts like fruit soufflé, coconut cake, marshmallows dipped in dark chocolate, donuts, red velvet cake, phirni, moong dal ka halwa, kala jamun, assorted pastries will complete your culinary journey.
So if you have no plans for the coming Sunday, it is time for you to say bye bye to boring and lazy Sundays.
