Culinary Wonders of Jordan
The Jordanian cuisine can tantalize every bit of your taste bud. The most popular one includes the national cuisine, Mansaf; a lamb dish cooked in a broth when topped with rice, almonds and spices becomes a treat for the taste buds. The dish is served on a massive plate with rounds of bread. I am a big foodie & love to explore the authentic local cuisine where-ever i travel. If you are craving for the street food then dip on Hummus, a well-known food dip made with chickpeas, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and pepper, served in the bowl of the food processor. Other famous dishes include Zarb, Mezze, Olives and dates, Falafel, Shawarma and many others to keep you satiated. If you too love indulging in food, you must try it.
