The Tourism Office of Spain, the Embassy’s tourism department, hosts a business-to-business (B2B) program, The Spanish Travel Experience for the travel industry in India. Three cities hosted the meetings: Mumbai, Bengaluru and New Delhi on 6th, 5th and 4th October 2023.
The Ambassador of Spain to India, H.E. Mr. José María Ridao Dominguez, accompanied by the Director of The Tourism Office of Spain, Ms. Elisa Robles Fraga, inaugurated the B2B workshop at the Roseate House in New Delhi Aerocity. ‘The Spanish Travel Experience is the best platform to enhance business ties and source for new Spanish tourism products, improving the knowledge about multiple destinations’ explained H.E. Mr José María Ridao Domínguez. The Consul General of Spain in Mumbai, Mr. Fernando Heredia Noguer, attended the Mumbai episode of this event.
150 Indian travel agencies have the chance to network and communicate with 20 Spanish businesses and organizations in each city, such as 8 new travel agencies and DMCs, 2 hotel groups, unique shopping locations, and more.
