On 20th February 2025, Srilankan High Commission celebrated 77th anniversary of Independence. Acting High Commissioner welcomed the guests sharing the hospitable relationship with India. Pavitra Margarita, Minister of State for External Affairs & Textiles was the Chief Guest who commemorated the event. Local dance performances were seen followed by the local Srilankan cuisine.
