A Burmese Culinary Soirée at Conrad Bengaluru

Digvijay Singh1

From August 22 to 24, Conrad Bengaluru invites you to a rare gastronomic celebration of Burmese cuisine, curated by the renowned Chef Phyu-Cyn—affectionately known as Chef Goo Goo—in collaboration with Dean with Us, Akanksha and Rupali Dean.

This exclusive pop-up blends Anglo-Burmese heritage with Eurasian influences, offering a menu that’s both nostalgic and inventive. Expect delights like crispy Shan Village Tofu, tangy Laphet Gremolata, and soul-soothing Dawei Mohinga. The Family-Style Feast is a vibrant spread featuring paprika-braised aubergines, Mawlamyine Chicken Curry, and slow-cooked mutton in rich masalas.

End your culinary journey with the Golden Heart Cooler—a dreamy blend of sago pearls, pandan jelly, and coconut cream.

General Manager Digvijay Singh calls it a tribute to storytelling through food. It is a flavourful passage into Myanmar’s rich traditions, right in the heart of Namma Bengaluru
