Brooklands by Clause Bosi launches Claude & Co at Brooklands, a four-hands dinner series that will be hosted at the Peninsula London, uniting world-renowned Michelin-starred Chefs for extraordinary culinary collaborations.
This event will be happening in a series of three days. The series opens on 16 September with Chef Tom Straker, known for his dynamic blend of fine dining expertise and social media charm, joining Chef Bosi to present a six-course tasting menu celebrating British game. Guests will enjoy Deutz Champagne, canapés, bespoke floral settings, and expertly paired wines by Director of Wine Melody Wong.
Future dates include 2 October with three-Michelin-starred Chef Norbert Niederkofler, bringing his sustainable, seasonal cuisine from the Italian Dolomites, and 11 November with Swiss Chef Sven Wassmer (three stars, Green Star), renowned for Alpine gastronomy.
Tickets are being sold from £205 per person, with dinner from 18:00 to 21:30.
