On 17th April, Diplomatic Travel Award 2025 third edition was curated at The Grand Vasant Kunj. Ambassador of Eritrea, H.E. Mr. Alem TSEHAYE WOLDEMARIAM, the Dean of the Diplomatic Corps was the Chief Guest who commemorated the event along with Hitasha Mehra, Founder and Editor-in-Chief. Cultural tourism bridges nations, fostering understanding and unity. There were over 42 Embassies and High commissions present for the awards. The list of Ambassadors and High Commissioners included- Estonia, Uruguay, Armenia, Jamaica, Ecuador, Seychelles, Jordan, Guyana, Fiji, Tanzania, and many others. Head Of the Diplomatic missions share their inputs on the importance of ‘cultural tourism’.
Diplomatic travel is far more than crossing borders; it is about building bridges—bridges of diplomacy, collaboration, and peace. Throughout history, travel has enabled leaders to engage in crucial dialogue, promote cultural exchange, and strengthen alliances that drive progress across nations.
