In an exciting culinary endeavour, Hyatt Centric Chandigarh is unveiling a unique two-day pop-up event featuring the celebrated Chef Amninder Sandhu and her ground-breaking restaurant, Palaash. Set for March 28th and 29th at Corby’s, this exclusive experience is designed to immerse guests in the vibrancy of sustainable, hyper-local Indian flavours.It will feature a luxurious seven-course meal paired with wines, with two seatings available from 7 PM and 9 PM.
