Holiday Inn, New Delhi, Mayur Vihar, Noida introduces Purvaiya 4.0, a food festival dedicated to the traditional foods of Bihar and Jharkhand. The event will be held from 29th August to 6th September 2025 at Café On 3, the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant.
Curated by Executive Chef Ashutosh Bisht, Purvaiya 4.0 will feature authentic cuisines such as Sattu ka Sharbat, Puchka, Bihari Kebab, Litti Chokha, Dal Pitha, Sarson Wali Machli, Dhanbad ki Besan ki Subzi, and more. Guests will even have the chance to taste desserts from Bihar, including Thekua, Chandrakala, Malpua, and Anarsa.
To enhance the experience in the hotel restaurant, Café On 3 will showcase themed decorations that are inspired by regional art, play live folk music, and have the staff in traditional attire reminiscent of the cultural aspect of Bihar and Jharkhand.
