Which is your favourite corner of the hotel and why?
Being a palace, the property covers a vast portion of land and gives us innumerable options which are on our favourite list. If I choose one such point, then the chinar lawn area between the two heritage cannons in front of the main palace building, is my favourite, because this draws me back to my royal roots.
Which is the must-try experience of your hotel and why?
Must try experience is a staycation at Maharaja Suite or Maharani Suite with family because this is a once in lifetime experience to be in a palace with so much history attached and right in the heart of “heaven on earth”, where you wake up to the view of Dal Lake and all types of trees and flowers as far as you can imagine.

Which is your favorite corner of the hotel and why?
My favorite corner at Alila Diwa Goa is the gorgeous Infinity Pool with the breathtaking view of lush green paddy fields. It is a space that blurs the lines between the manmade and nature by seamlessly blending into the tropical landscape and clear blue skies of Goa.
It’s the perfect place for you to soak up the sun and witness the most stunning sunsets while sipping on your favorite drink and enjoying some comfort food from our poolside bar, The Edge.

My personal favourite spot in the hotel is the sit-out next to the Infinity Pool, which has a spectacular view of the Kangra Valley and the iconic Himachal Pradesh Cricket Stadium.

I highly recommend the Himachali cuisine served at the resort. Our chefs are happy to lay a spread of favourite local dishes for our guests to savour and enjoy. Popular dishes include Kangri kukkad, Himachali khatta meat, and Kangri Kheru

Which is your favourite corner of the hotel and why?
The palace is luxurious and modern. While I love every inch of it – Anjum is my favourite and the best corner. It transforms by the day. Anjum, the tea lounge & day bar is quite literally a constellation of beverages. Shimmering with ornate murals and comfortable lounge-style sofas, the view of the majestic Aravalli Hills gleaming against the azure pool is a sight to behold. This is the casual hotspot of Fairmont Jaipur where you can relax and unwind with your cup of tea or whisky over the easy conversation.
Which is the must-try experience of your hotel and why?
The brand new barbeque restaurant Zia – is an absolute must try. Taking inspiration from the grills of Mughal era as well as authentic American barbeque trails, Zia offers a unique culinary experience. Set amidst the lush citrus garden, the restaurant lights up magically when the gleaming moonlight shines above and creates a spectacular dining experience for guests, right under the stars. The tranquil ambience of Zia with warm tabletops and live music adds to the delightful gastronomic journey and makes the entire experience truly memorable. At Zia, guests can spend whimsical evenings in the midst of serenading symphonies and immerse their senses in the sublime culmination of Jaipur’s finest live BBQ set-up.

Being a palace with a rich historical value, his Highness Maharana Fateh Singh had built this in the year 1911. Overlooking the Fateh Sagar Lake, with the majestic Aravalli hills in its backdrop, this beautiful heritage palace greets every guest in its luxury ambiance with great hospitality. My favourite corner in the hotel is our open-air restaurant Aangan giving a clear view of the entire Fateh Sagar Lake.

A must-try experience is our Maharana Exclusive Private Dining Experience which is an open-air courtyard outside the Maharana Suite overlooking the Fateh Sagar Lake. Experience bespoke dining & private celebrations, to leave a lasting impression on your loved ones.

The favourite corner of the hotel would be the “ Hotel Bar “: Cedar Bar is the ‘ watering hole ‘ with warm wooden interiors delighting with edgy cocktails, a collection of rare whiskeys & cognacs. Guests would be greeted with a drinks and nibbles list, and contemporary music to add to the relaxed atmosphere. One can head here for sundowners and marvel at beautiful vistas of the mighty Himalayas & frozen wilderness in winters. The bar nails drinks, music, and service in equal measures. The overall vibe is urban, upbeat, and sophisticated, with the bar hosting live music on special occasions. This glamorous stylish bar has a very relaxing vibe and it’s a perfect way to enjoy hills with your family and friends over a game of pool or live screening of sporting events.
Which is the must-try experience of your hotel and why?
Must-try experience at the hotel would be the “Celebration Table”. The intimate private dining experience with your partner, friends, and family on the terrace with a bonfire, tailor–made menus paired with hand-picked beverages. The hotel also offers be-spoke decorations for special occasions. Guests would be looked after by our trained butlers starting from pre-dinner drinks, delicious canapés, a cheese board to linger over followed by an elaborate meal curated by our culinary team.

Which is your favourite corner of the hotel and why?
My favourite corner of our property is the Open affair desk from where I can relish the beauty of the property with a scenic view of our boutique golf course and the picture-perfect lake view which portrays the grandeur Karma Lakelands has to offer.
Which is the must-try experience of your hotel and why?
The must-try experience of our property is the Eco Tour which showcases the eco-responsible initiative which we practice every day for a sustainable environment. It also allows our guests to experience the offering which makes our 300-acres green paradise a destination for the perfect staycation
The Fern Brentwood Resort, Mussoorie
Which is your favorite corner of the hotel and why?
The Winter line deck – is my favourite place in the hotel. It overlooks the Doon valley. Between November to February one can see the mesmerizing winterline phenomenon, where a false horizon forms due to refraction of light at sunset. The quaint seating and the winter sun make it a pleasant place for not only me but most of our regulars as well.
Which is the must-try experience of your hotel and why?
The Garhwali food Thali, where we serve Kandali ka saag (stinging nettle curry) and Bhaang ki chutney is a must try experience of our hotel. The thali is available in Veg and Non Veg options. It is served with red organic rice and Ragi roti.
