Kwibuka30 – On 10th April 2024, New Delhi, the High Commission of the Republic of Rwanda commenced the 30th Anniversary of the Genocide against the Tutsi. This day marks the emotional day for Rwanda as the slaughter of million innocent people happened. The world stands together in paying tribute to the country.
The High Commissioner of Rwanda H.E. Jacqueline Mukangira commemorated
with a powerful speech mentioning about the loss, the country faced in the
tragedy. Further, mentioning her own loss in the brutality of 1994.
