On January 23, 2026, Embassy of Mongolia celebrated the 70th anniversary of diplomatic friendship with India in New Delhi. The event was graced by Shri Periasamy Kumaran, Secretary (East), Ministry of External Affairs, as Chief Guest, alongside H.E. Mr. Ganbold Dambajav, Ambassador of Mongolia to India.
A commemorative visual featuring both nations’ flags and the “70” emblem honored past milestones. The celebration reaffirmed Mongolia and India’s commitment to strengthening cultural, trade, and strategic ties for a prosperous future. Well known Indian singer Mohit Chauhan was also seen attending the event.
