On 25th June 2024, the High Commission of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana in New Delhi celebrated its 58th Independence anniversary. The event was commemorated by H.E. Mrs. Ronalda Edwards Horatio, Charge d’affaires of the High Commission of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana to India. The Chief Guest at the event was Shri Pabitra Margherita, Minister of State for Textiles. Many diplomats and other VIPs were seen attending the event.
