On 2nd July 2024, the Republic of Belarus held a reception at Taj Palace, New Delhi to commemorate its 80th Republic Day and to mark the liberation of Belarus from Nazi invaders. Ambassador H.E. Mikhail Kasko welcomed the guests. Kirti Vardhan Singh, Honourable Minister of State for Environment, Forest and Climate Change was the Chief Guest who commemorated the evening. He made a congratulatory speech noting the peculiarity of the Belarusian-Indian long-term relation and sustainable nature against the background of various global changes and geopolitical developments. The invitees included Ambassadors, and other diplomats, and government officials from India. On this occasion, a photo exhibition was exhibited for the guests.
