On June 12, the Russian Embassy in India celebrated its National Day with a grand reception. Indian Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri graced the occasion as the Chief Guest, joined by senior Indian government officials, Members of Parliament, ambassadors, military attaches from friendly nations, and distinguished figures from political, business, social, religious, scientific, cultural, and media circles, along with Russian compatriots.
In his address, Russian Ambassador to India, H.E. Denis Alipov highlighted Russia’s growing global influence amid the rise of a multipolar world order. He emphasized the nation’s strides in technological and financial sovereignty and reaffirmed its steadfast commitment to fostering friendship and advancing its strategic partnership with India, which marks its 25th anniversary this year.
