On 7th July, Ms. Jacqueline Mukangira, The High Commissioner of the Republic of Rwanda celebrated its 31st Anniversary at Andaz, New Delhi. The Chief Guest commemorated the event last night, with local dance performances showcased during the celebration. Many VIPs and Head Of Missions attended the event.
