Nepal is a country of breathtaking natural beauty and rich cultural heritage. There are ten UNESCO World Heritage Sites worth exploring and three of the must-visit places include Kathmandu Valley- This historical and cultural hub contains seven UNESCO sites—three Durbar Squares, two Buddhist Stupas, and two Hindu temples.  Kathmandu, Patan, and Bhaktapur Durbar Square complexes showcase stunning architecture and woodwork. Both Hindu temples- Pashupatinath and Changu- Narayan are some of the oldest and holiest temples that provide a blend of Hindu and Buddhist architecture. Sagarmatha National Park, is home to the world’s tallest peak, Mount Everest. Trekkers and adventurers enjoy majestic mountains and challenging treks and can witness Sherpa culture and the local market. Lumbini is the birthplace of Lord Buddha. It is a pilgrimage site with monasteries, sacred gardens, and the temple.
