Qatar Airways has launched a direct flight from Doha to AlUla, Saudi Arabia, enhancing accessibility to the city’s treasures. The new route connects travellers via domestic routes and international flights.
On October 29, the esteemed airline began flying to AlUla, opening up the city and enticing travelers from around the world to see its natural wonders, exciting events schedule, and selection of opulent lodging choices. The most recent route launch is a component of deliberate initiatives to improve connectivity fostering the Saudi city’s rise to prominence as a top travel destination.
Rami AlMoallim, Vice President of Destination Management and marketing at the Royal Commission for AlUla (RCU) Said: “The continued growth and success of AlUla’s tourism sector is intrinsically tied to our partnerships with global and regional airlines, and through our collaboration with Qatar Airways we are ushering in a new era of travel for the city. Qatar Airways will fly twice a week on Fridays and Sundays, between Doha and AlUla.
