Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach is set to take diners on a unique culinary journey with ‘Tulunadu & Chettinadu—A Journey of Delightful Flavors’, a specially curated buffet festival running from September 12th to 20th, 2025. Showcasing the rich gastronomic heritage of Karnataka’s Tulunadu and Tamil Nadu’s Chettinadu, the festival blends coastal freshness with fiery, spice-laden traditions.

Guests can indulge in regional favorites such as Kori Chicken Tawa Ghee Roast, Anjal Rava Fry, Chicken Chettinadu, Bangude Pulimunchi, and Jaddi Meenu, each dish celebrating authentic flavors and traditional recipes. To complete the experience, an array of decadent desserts like Akki Thambittu, Ponsa Payasa, Moong Dal Payasa, and Mysore Pak adds the perfect sweet finale.
