28 years of Rwanda’s liberation was celebrated by the Rwanda Embassy in New Delhi at The Lalit Hotel on the 4th of July 2022. The event was held in the presence of Rwanda envoy Mukangira Jacqueline and Minister of State in MEA Honourable Mrs. Meenakshi Lekhi and was combined with a cultural performance between Rwandan and Indian dancers.
