Lucknowi cuisine, originating from the historic city of Lucknow in India, is renowned for its unique flavors, spices, and royal heritage. Originating from the Nawabs of Lucknow’s opulent kitchens, it combines Persian, Mughlai, and Indian culinary influences, symbolizing the region’s rich cultural heritage.

The Lucknowi Food Festival features dishes like Lucknowi Chicken Biryani, Tunday Ke Kebab, Nawabi Paratha, Dum Ka Murgh, Gobi Mussalam, and Shahi Tukda. These dishes originate from the royal kitchens of Lucknow and are known for their fragrant long-grain Basmati rice, tender marinated chicken, and aromatic spices. Tunday Ke Kebab is a famous dish with tender minced meat, while Nawabi Paratha is a rich paratha filled with chicken mince and spices.
