This October, Atmosphere Kanifushi marks its fifth anniversary with the return of ‘Just Veg Festival’, proving once again that plant-based cuisine can be bold, flavorful, and unforgettable. From October 3 to October 9, 2025, guests can enjoy an exclusive dinner menu crafted by famed Italian chef Fabrizio Marino, renowned for transforming vegetarian and vegan dishes into daring, transformative dining experiences.
Chef Fabrizio’s dishes, known for their inventive balance of delicacy and daring, will be paired with premium vintages from five wine partners: Champagne Guy Charbaut, Bodegas Viñátigo, Glenelly Estate, Martín Códax, and new entrant Bottega SpA, which will also present three artisanal grappas.
