Time Avenue, Mumbai’s premier luxury watch retailer, in collaboration with Omega, hosted a special event honouring golf icon Smriti Mehra, India’s first female golfer to compete on the LPGA Tour. This exclusive celebration felicitated Mehra’s extraordinary achievements and her enduring impact on Indian golf.
Smriti Mehra, fondly known as “Simi,” has been a pioneer in Indian golf. She made history as the first Indian woman to qualify for and compete on the prestigious LPGA Tour. Her impressive career includes victories across international tours, a Top 5 finish at the British Open (1998), and representing India at the 2008 World Cup in South Africa.
