From June 27 to July 6, 2025, Paatra, the hotel’s acclaimed Indian fine-dining destination, will present an exclusive Bihari Food Festival curated by the celebrated Chef Maneesh Srivastava.
 
This ten-day celebration promises to capture the essence of Bihar’s age-old culinary traditions. Guests can look forward to an array of regional delicacies including Mustard Fish Curry, Makhana Kheer, and more, the festival will showcase the intricate flavours and cultural richness of the region.
