On 31st May, The Embassy Magazine TravelJingles curated the Diplomatic Travel Awards 20204, at Radisson Blu Plaza, Mahipalpur. Bimal Mehra, MD & CEO & Hitasha Mehra Sharma, Founder and Editor – TravelJingles, welcomed the delegates. Ambassador of Morocco to India was the Chief Guest who commemorated the event with a welcome speech. Around 45 embassies were seen attending the Diplomatic Travel Awards in 2024. Bhutan, Morocco, Mongolia, Turkey, Seychelles, Ethiopia, Nepal, El Salvador, Comoros, Zimbabwe, Libya, Uruguay, Georgia, Cuba, Jamaica, South Sudan, Azerbaijan, Mauritius, Sri Lanka, Chile, Denmark, Armenia, Maldives, Rwanda, Egypt, and others were seen attending the event.
The event started with an illuminating video & presentation by Prakhar Mishra, Director of Tourism Uttar Pradesh promoting Bodhi Yatra and the Buddhist Circuit in Uttar Pradesh.
There were open-house discussions with Ambassadors, High Commissioners & other diplomats. Following this, the Shreyasi Dance Academy performed a cultural dance. Later, the most anticipated part of the event began with the Award Ceremony. This included numerous categories for Indian awards and diplomatic awards.

Best Spiritual Destination award was presented to Uttar Pradesh Tourism.
Best Global Visa Facilitator award was presented to VFS Global India.
Best Business Hotel in India award was presented to Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel, Delhi Airport.
Best New Resort in India award was presented to The Chambers 1828.
Best Destination Wedding Hotels In India award was presented to Welcomhotel By ITC Hotels, The Savoy, Mussoorie.
Best Tourism Marketing Rep. in India award was presented to Think Strawberries
Best International Leisure Hotel award was presented to Pimalai Resort and Spa, Thailand.
Best International Airlines award was presented to SriLankan Airlines.
Best Transformative Travel Destination award was presented to Japan Tourism.
Best EV Car for the Indian Market award was presented to Audi for Q8 e- Tron.
Best Hotel Group award was presented to Accor.
Prakhar Mishra, Director of Tourism Uttar Pradesh, later joined the Chief Guest & the Vice Dean of the Diplomatic Corp. to present the awards to the Diplomats.
The Best Green Destination award was presented to Bhutan Ambassador on behalf of Bhutan.
The Best Destination for Road Trips award was presented to the Mongolian Ambassador on behalf of the Country.
The Best Adventure Destination award was presented to Nepal Ambassador on behalf of Nepal.
The Best Emerging Destination award was presented to Azerbaijan Ambassador on behalf of the Country.
The Best Eco-Friendly Destination award was presented to the Denmark Embassy on behalf of the Country.
The Best Romantic Destination award was presented to Georgia Embassy on behalf of Georgia.
The Best Vibrant Destination award was presented to Morocco Ambassador on behalf of the Country.
The Best International Wedding Destinations award was presented to Turkey Ambassador on behalf of the Turkey.
The Best Honeymoon Destination in the World award was presented to Mauritius High Commissioner on behalf of the country.
The Best Beach Destination award was presented to Seychelles High Commissioner on behalf of the Country.
The Best Heritage Destination award was presented to Egypt Embassy on behalf of the Country.
The Best Wildlife Destination award was presented to Zimbabwe Embassy on behalf of the Country.
The Best Family Destination in the World award was presented to Sri Lanka.
