3. Beer is very famous in the country. What makes it so special? Also, tell us about the gastronomy of the country.
Beer is the most popular beverage in Czechia. It is known for its top quality and long tradition. Small as well as large breweries can be found throughout the whole country. They produce a unique Czech lager such as Pilsner Urquell and Budvar (the original Budweiser). Beer is usually drunk with small bites of sausage or cheese. Traditional Czech cuisine is famous for rich soups and sauces, bread dumplings, sausages and different types of roasted meats. However, there are many flavourful Czech vegetarian dishes, such as fried cauliflower, different types of potato pancakes, or lovely dill soup, to name a few.
