LOT Polish Airlines is making it easier to experience the Arctic this winter. The airline will launch direct flights between Warsaw and Tromsø from December 1, 2026, to February 13, 2027. The route will operate twice a week, every Tuesday and Saturday. Flights depart Warsaw at 11:35 am and arrive in Tromsø at 2:45 pm. The journey takes just over three hours. Services will be operated by Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft, with both Business and Economy Class available. Often called the gateway to the Arctic, Tromsø sits more than 300 kilometres north of the Arctic Circle. It is one of the best places in the world to witness the Northern Lights.

Travellers can also visit reindeer farms, take traditional sleigh rides, and discover the rich culture of the indigenous Sami people.With its unique blend of adventure, nature, and culture, Tromsø is set to become one of Europe’s must-visit winter destinations.
