On 29th September 2026, New Delhi- The sixth edition of the Diplomatic Conclave 2026 brought together Ambassadors, heads of missions, and distinguished delegates to strengthen global dialogue and cooperation.
The event commenced with ceremonial lamp lighting and opening remarks by the Chief Guest, H.E. Mr. Alberto A. Guani, Ambassador of Uruguay to India. Chief Editor, Hitasha welcomed the gathering, underscoring the role of diplomacy in shaping a collaborative future.





Two key themes defined the conclave:
Theme one spoke about the Importance of International Education in the Globalised World. Theme two spoke about Artificial Intelligence – A Boon or a Bane.
Panel one, discussed about Importance of International Education in the Globalised World. H.E. Mr. Omar Lisandro Castaneda Solares, Ambassador of Guatemala, H.E. Mrs. Lalatiana Accouche, Ambassador of Seychelles, H.E. Mr. Jagnnath Sami, High Commissioner, Republic of Fiji to India, Mr. Neeraj Sharma, Honorary Consul General of Palau, Mr. Kapila J. Kumara , Minister Counsellor, High Commission of Sri Lanka, Ms. Başak Önsal Demir, Counsellor for Culture and Tourism, Embassy of Turkey, highlighted how international education fosters cultural exchange and prepares youth to become global citizens.
This discussion reinforced education as a cornerstone of diplomacy and long-term cooperation.







Panel two discussed Artificial Intelligence – A Boon or a Bane. H.E. Mr. Fernando Xavier Bucheli Vargas, Ambassador of Ecuador to India, Mr. Alberto A. Guani, Ambassador of Uruguay to India, Mr. K.L. Ganju, Consul General, Republic of Union of Comoros, Mr. Jamal Kilito, Morocco Tourism Country Manager, India, Mr. Petr Sizov, Counsellor, Spoke-Person Russian Embassy, shared perspectives on balancing AI’s opportunities with ethical challenges.
This dialogue emphasised the need for responsible innovation to ensure technology benefits societies worldwide.
