On 13th July Embassy of Egypt celebrated there, 74th National Day in New Delhi. H.E. Mr. Kamel Zayed Galal, Ambassador of Egypt commemorated the evening. The celebrations were graced by Chief Guest Pralhad Joshi, Union Minister of Parliamentary Affairs, Coal and Mines, alongside Ambassador. The National Day celebrations underscored the enduring India‑Egypt partnership, the ambitious $12 billion bilateral trade target, and the shared commitment to advancing renewable energy cooperation — including green hydrogen development and large‑scale deployment initiatives.
Guests enjoyed a vibrant display of Egypt’s local cuisine and dance, reflecting the nation’s rich heritage along with cultural dance. Warm congratulations were extended to the people of Egypt and the Pharaohs for their memorable FIFA World Cup campaign.
