Jhol brings India’s coastal culinary traditions to The Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotel & Residences

Jhol, a Michelin guide-recognised restaurant from Bangkok is all set to bring its world-famous coastal Indian cuisine for a special two-night experience on 29th and 30th May 2026 at The Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotel & Residences in which a specially curated seven-course tasting experience inspired by culinary traditions from Gujarat, the Konkan coast, Tamil Nadu, Odisha, and West Bengal will be presented by Jhol. The price of dining experience is INR 6,000 plus taxes for the vegetarian menu and INR 8,000 plus taxes for the non-vegetarian menu. Chef Shreesha Rao, Chef De Cuisine at Jhol will lead the event by blending traditional coastal recipes with quality-focused techniques. The guests can choose between vegetarian and non-vegetarian tasting menus which will be complemented by Diya’s signature Indian-inspired cocktails blended with house-made infusions and seasonal ingredients.The executive chef at The Leela Ambience Gurugram, Chef Abhishek Gupta, described this collaboration as a fusion of storytelling, flavour, and culinary artistry that enhances Diya’s legacy of fine dining and immersive experiences. Jhol has consistently earned Michelin Guide recognition from 2023 to 2026 and has also been featured in Travel & Leisure’s Best Restaurants Thailand list.
