Gaggan Anand, a well-known food inventor, and Michelin-starred chef is poised to hold a 20-day special residency at the Hyatt Regency Delhi, where he will serve out his finest dishes in a display that is sure to be an amazing feast for all the senses. The residency will be available to the public from February 18, 2023, until March 14, 2023.
On each day, Chef Gaggan will construct a 25-course feast of superbly prepared, small quantities for guests, with each dish highlighting the chef’s distinct interpretation of and contemporary touch on classic Indian foods. He will be hosting 36 guests every night for an immersive and dramatic dining experience one could ever have.
During the press conference at the Hyatt Regency Delhi, Chef Gaggan Anand made an official announcement regarding the residency. Shrikant Wakharkar, General Manager of Hyatt Regency Delhi, Alessandro Sandrolini, Executive Chef, and Gaurav Chandna, Director of Operations, all attended the conference.
